Chief Engineer

Due to increased growth, Enertech Manufacturing, LLC, manufacturer of GeoComfort and Hydron Module geothermal heating and cooling systems is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for its Greenville, IL location. Candidates should possess a B.S.M.E. or B.S.E.E. and a minimum of seven years experience in heat pump refrigerant design. The ideal candidate will have a minimum three years management experience, supervising three to five direct reports. A proven track record in taking new product concepts to full production is required. A background in manufacturing engineering is a plus. Must have excellent computer skills; be a self starter and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is essential. Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities will include executing product design to meet company objectives and partnering with senior management to ensure effective product development. The Chief Engineer will also have responsibility for developing systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Cost Accountant

Due to increased growth, Enertech Manufacturing, LLC. manufacturer of GeoComfort and Hydron Module geothermal heating and cooling systems is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant for its Greenville, IL location.  Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; experience may be accepted in lieu of education requirements.  The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software.  Must have the ability to handle a wide variety of accounting tasks; be a self starter and able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.  Must be able to meet department/company deadlines.

Responsibilities will include determining the cost of making product and establishing selling prices that will meet the profitability goals of management; to analyze proposed changes in raw materials, manufacturing methods, etc. to determine the effects on costs and profitability.  The Cost Accountant will also have responsibility for supplying reports and records as requested.

Production Manager

Due to increased growth, Enertech Manufacturing, LLC, manufacturers of GeoComfort and Hydron Module geothermal heating and cooling systems is seeking an experienced Production Manager for its Mitchell, SD location.  The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum ten years manufacturing experience.  Candidates will have a minimum five years supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.  A background in the HVAC industry is a plus; safety experience would be helpful.  Must have experience with MRP/ERP systems and possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc).  

Responsibilities will include overseeing the daily production, as well as, quality and production related projects of the manufacturing facility in Mitchell, SD.
