Training

Welcome to Enertech's Geothermal University

Geothermal University curriculum is developed from Enertech’s history and current position in the geothermal heating and cooling industry. Stemming from the grass roots of geothermal technology, backed by manufacturing expertise and supported by field experience, courses are designed to provide the knowledge and comfort of designing, selling, installing and servicing Enertech made geothermal systems.

Geothermal University offers training for the complete geothermal industry. IGSHPA certification and NATE continued education hours are incorporated into our curriculum along with specific design and sales courses for Enertech's manufactured brands.

Please note, all training sessions are geared towards technicians, designers, or sales personnel, and are not typically useful for building/home owners or individuals not in the HVAC industry.

All training will be coordinated through Enertech's corporate office and our distributing partners.

Geothermal University Guarantee

Enertech strives to provide the highest caliber of geothermal training available. If a student is not satisfied with a Geothermal University training course that was led by one of Enertech’s trainers, Enertech will refund 100% of the cost for the class or allow the student to retake the class at a later date.

In order to receive a refund or credit for another training session, the student must have been qualified to attend the class, been in the classroom the duration of the session (not distracted by personal electronic devices) and have participated in discussions, hands on demonstrations and any other coursework. If the student is dissatisfied with the training session and meets the qualifications listed above, the student needs to contact Enertech’s training coordinator within ten business days of the training session to request a refund or credit.

The Geothermal University Guarantee does not apply to a class being repeated due to dissatisfaction. Transportation, lodging or any other cost outside of the course fee will not qualify for a refund or credit.

“We continuously work to advance our training program to give technicians and sales representatives the edge in the geothermal industry. Any dissatisfaction is taken seriously and the issue is targeted for improvement. Enertech’s Geothermal University curriculum is constantly being updated with equipment and industry information to help us raise the bar for geothermal training.” – Brendan Riley, Technical Services Manager, Enertech
